  2. kokken grabando 3

    Collaborating with Bitart New Media

Today we have spent recording together with Bitart at the kitchen of Kokken.  Bitart New Media  is an audiovisual production company based in Bilbao.

Nowadays they are creating an audiovisual city guide. Through this online platform our customers and friends can see where they go and what they can enjoy at their destination.

We think it is an interesting and new concept here in Bilbao and we’re looking forward to see the results.

  3. chisato kuroki

Ceramics of Chisato Kuroki at Kokken

The ceramics of Chisato Kuroki have an important part in tableware of Kokken. Chisato is a Japanese ceramist who is living in Barcelona the last few years and is working in diverse fields like doing ceramics of commonly used pieces, ceramic sculptures and doing projects with experimental stoves.

We love what Chisato is doing and in our opinion the ceramics with nature motif add value to our cuisine. That is why we decided to merge the “author´s  ceramics” with “author´s cuisine” of our restaurant and start artistic journey all together through five senses and client´s perception of it.

  4. Mural kokken

    Three-dimensional Mural
